How long have you worked at Louisiana USA?
I have worked at Louisiana USA for almost 4 years, but before that I was working for Capital City Press FCU for 20 years when we merged together so I’ve been a part of the credit union community in the Member Services for almost 24 years.
If you had to describe Louisiana USA in three words, what would they be?
I would say friendly, family and member-oriented.
What is your favorite part of working at Louisiana USA?
I love the friendly and casual atmosphere.
What do you love helping members with?
One of my favorite duties is helping our members over the phone.
What is your favorite food?
Anything with chocolate in it!
What is your favorite part about living in Baton Rouge/Louisiana?
I love summertime at the river, eating crawfish and Mardi Gras parades.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I enjoy having coffee and dessert on Sunday afternoons with my family and spending time with my two grandkids. I also love LSU sports.
If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
I wish I had the power to cure the diseases that don’t have cures yet, especially Parkinson’s.
What is your dream vacation?
The beach is my happy place. But, I’ve never been to Las Vegas, and it is on my bucket list.
What are you currently watching on Netflix?
I’m not watching anything on Netflix, but “A Million Little Things” is one of my favorites on tv right now.
