Employee Highlight: Ally Cottrell

1. Why did you decide to start working with LAUSA? 

I started here as a receptionist during my senior year of high school, through their school/work program.

2. Why is Louisiana USA different than other places you have worked? 

I have worked here since high school, and I have never worked anywhere else. Louisiana USA has become more than just a place to work for me, my co-workers are family. The credit union cares for its employees and members in such a way that I don’t think I could find in another establishment.

3. How long have you worked in the financial industry? 

I’ve worked in the industry for 16 years.

4. What is something interesting/fun about you? 

I’m a party planner at heart. From birthday parties to my family’s Annual 4th of July Party, I enjoy finding and making new décor for whatever event I’m hosting. I take pride in making sure every event is memorable and every guest is entertained.
